Pam Dawson
Pam Dawson has been in the field of Early Intervention for over 30 years, and has been the Executive Director at hear ME now in Maine since 2007. She holds a Masters in Early Intervention from University of Maine.
Pam joined the OPTION board in 2015, and serves as the chair of the Communications committee. She has served on the EHDI Annual Meeting committee from 2018 to present, as chair of the AG Bell Preschool Scholarship committee from 2016-2019, as co-chapter champion for ACIA, and as facilitator for the NCHAM Teleintervention Learning Community since 2018.
Pam’s personal connection with music drew her to hear ME now, and the field of listening and spoken language. She feels fortunate to be part of an organization that brings the shared human experience of musical participation and enjoyment to children with hearing loss.
